Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Delight – Sales Executive/Manager with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, improve satisfaction, build trust, and support sales growth. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Delight

  • Ensure excellent customer service and quick issue resolution.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, project, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sales & Business Development

  • Engage with potential customers and explain services/products clearly.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed business.

  • Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.

  • Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and follow-up trackers.

  • Work with management to identify new sales opportunities.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • Experience in CRM tools and sales tracking.

  • Strong understanding of customer journey and retention strategies.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.


Experience Required

  • 5 to 7 years in Customer Relationship, Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

  • Preferably experience in construction, real estate, or service-based industries (optional if you want to add).


Educational Qualification

  • BE / B.Tech (Any branch)

  • MBA in Marketing or related field is an added advantage
