A Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a passion for all things audiovisual encouraged Sanjeev to enter the field in 1996. A member AVIXA, he has overseen the execution of several award-winning AV projects for public and private sector clients in finance, information technology, biopharmaceutics, education, media, and electronics.

With more than 20 years of experience, Bopanna has successfully handled business development in green fields as well as mature markets. A real people person, his interpersonal, analytical, organisational and communication skills have proved instrumental in building and sustaining client relations. He is also a member of InfoComm International (now known as AVIXA).
VP - Finance & Operations
With more than three decades of experience, Natesan is the financial whiz at Resurgent. His expertise lies in heading country operations, establishing cross-functional partnerships, client acquisition, project management, merger & acquisition, and fund management, to name a few. He also plays an active role in talent acquisition and retention.
Director - Sales
George combines more than 25+ years of experience in sales, business development and business operations with a deep knowledge of the audiovisual industry and technology. His expertise extends to the areas of video conferencing, Unified Communication (UC), electronic security/screening, AIDC & POS, Project Information & Document Management System (PIDMS), office automation and enterprise mobility domains.
Coach - Happiness
With 15+ years in the field of HR, Meghana heads the Happiness Team at Resurgent. The Team is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR. Meghana takes the lead in ensuring that Resurgent is a great place to work and that the company feels more like a community with a shared culture and goals.
AVP – Customer Achievement
Madhusudhan VC brings more than two decades of experience in sales, business development, product management and business operations. At Resurgent, he channels this expertise into gaining milestones in Customer Achievement and leading cross-industry collaborations. Madhusudan is an avid biker who’s always exploring new avenues on the road and at work.
AVP – Project Controller
Having worked in a wide spectrum of industries, Santosh brings 15+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing and operations, project management and lean management. A firm believer in continuous improvement, he loves being a problem solver and innovator. He’s also a passionate biker and is always chasing the horizon.
