Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Onsite Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in technical support, networking, or on-site project activities. The role involves providing on-site assistance for AV/IT installations, troubleshooting, customer coordination, and ensuring seamless project execution at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for AV, IT, or networking-related systems.

• Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of AV equipment, networking devices, and peripherals.

• Resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure minimum downtime.

• Perform cable management, equipment setup, and system checks.

• Coordinate with project engineers, support teams, and vendors to complete onsite tasks.

• Maintain daily reports, service logs, and documentation of onsite activities.

• Support live events, meetings, and client sessions by ensuring all systems function correctly.

• Understand and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.

• Ensure all project tasks are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Required Experience

• 1–2 years in onsite support, IT support, networking, AV installation, or technical field service.

• Hands-on knowledge of computer networking, hardware setup, LAN/WAN basics, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working in AV integration, IT services, or technical field environments is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Should be comfortable working at client sites on a daily basis.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle technical tasks independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai for project needs.
