Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist with experience in AV (Audio-Visual) products, OEM technologies, and solution demonstration. The ideal candidate will work closely with project, sales, and engineering teams to ensure correct product selection, demonstrations, technical validation, and support during project execution. Candidates with major OEM certifications or strong upskilling experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical product expertise for AV solutions across different OEM brands.

• Assist in product evaluation, comparison, and selection based on project requirements.

• Support project and sales teams with product demonstrations and technical clarifications.

• Conduct product training for internal teams and partners.

• Coordinate with OEMs for product updates, configuration, and issue resolution.

• Validate technical requirements and ensure correct product usage in projects.

• Maintain updated knowledge of AV technologies, product releases, and industry trends.

• Prepare technical documents, product guides, and configuration sheets.

• Assist in proof of concepts (POCs) and live demo setups for clients.

Required Experience

• 3 years of experience in AV products, system integration, or OEM-based solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AV brands like Crestron, Extron, Harman, Bosch, Biamp, Shure, QSC, Kramer, etc.

• Experience working in AV integration companies or OEM technical support preferred.

Primary Competencies

• Strong understanding of AV products, systems, and OEM solutions.

• Major OEM certifications (Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, etc.) highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies and upskill quickly.

• Coordination skills with sales, project, and OEM teams.
