Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Controller to support end-to-end project planning, coordination, tracking, and execution within the AV (Audio Visual) integration domain. The Project Controller will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, and Vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task assignment.

• Track project progress and update reports, timelines, and status dashboards.

• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, logistics, and on-site installation teams.

• Monitor resource allocation, material delivery, and project dependencies.

• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, milestones, and quality standards.

• Maintain project documentation including BOQs, drawings, reports, and site logs.

• Support Project Manager in risk identification and mitigation planning.

• Facilitate communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.

• Follow up on pending tasks, closures, and inter-team dependencies.

• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects with proper documentation.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project control, or project execution.

• Experience in AV integration, IT infrastructure, ELV systems, or technical project environments is preferred.

• Hands-on exposure to project tracking tools, documentation, and multi-team coordination.

• Ability to work with engineering teams and understand basic technical drawings/schematics.
