Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer / Senior Technician with 2–4 years of experience in handling Audio-Visual (AV), ELV, IT, or technical project installations. The role involves on-site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination with project teams to deliver high-quality AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site installation, wiring, cabling, and mounting of AV equipment.

• Handle testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV systems.

• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and clients regarding project activities.

• Build and organize equipment racks, cable pulling, labeling, and terminations.

• Install and configure AV systems, control systems, displays, speakers, mixers, DSPs, etc.

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

• Prepare site reports, installation documentation, and daily/weekly updates.

• Provide first-level technical support during and after project execution.

• Work closely with senior engineers for technical guidance and escalation.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in AV installation, technical project execution, IT/ELV systems, or field engineering.

• Hands-on experience with AV brands like Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Bose, Kramer, etc. (preferred).

• Knowledge of signal flow, audio-video connectivity, control systems, and networking basics.

• Experience in field installation, cable management, and site execution.

Additional Requirements

• Should be willing to travel for on-site project execution.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Physically fit to handle field activities and equipment.
