The large meeting spaces were designed with a focus on local presentations as well as hybrid meetings.
Clear content visibility is achieved by dual large format 4K professional displays and an advanced conferencing system enables multi-camera and intelligent camera switching to effectively capture both presenters and participants.
This makes the in-room and remote participant interaction more interesting and ensures that the appropriate individual(s) are visible during presentations and discussions.
The room also has centralized power management and remote monitoring and control. This makes the maintenance effort relatively easy and helps the connected AV equipment be managed more efficiently by the support teams.
Additionally, the single-cable USB-C connection makes sharing and charging laptops easier and keeps the meeting space tidier and less cluttered.
The smaller meeting spaces have been designed to be simple, consistent and easy to use.
The spaces can be used for local content presentation and hybrid video conferencing with professional 4K displays and integrated conferencing systems.
By using a single cable, USB-C allows content sharing, laptop charging, and connection to connected peripherals all without the need for multiple connections. Integrated microphones, speakers, cameras, and intuitive room-control interfaces deliver a seamless meeting experience, and room-booking panels, which are linked to the organisation’s scheduling platform, enable users to check availability and book the rooms as they go.
By standardizing the core technology across meeting rooms, employees can move between different spaces without having to learn a completely different system each time.
The executive cabin was equipped with an all-in-one collaboration solution featuring a large high-resolution touchscreen, integrated camera, microphone array, and speakers. The system allows for video conferences, content sharing via wire, and touch-enabled collaboration from a single device.
A tabletop connectivity solution allows for easy access to power, USB-C, HDMI and network connections, keeping the workspace tidy and making connection of devices much more convenient.

The room was designed to function either as one large training environment or as separate spaces when divided by a partition. This flexibility can be used for training sessions, workshops, seminars, presentations, executive sessions, or hybrid learning, within the same infrastructure.
The room features dual large-format 4K displays along with a dedicated presenter confidence display.
A digital lectern and flexible video switching infrastructure ensures seamless presentation and content routing, while professional microphones, digital audio processing and ceiling speakers deliver clear speech, high quality audio throughout the room.
Touch control at the central point makes it easy to operate and room booking technology helps to manage schedules efficiently.
The AV equipment is contained in a central rack which simplifies maintenance and future upgrades.
Once the partition is closed the space may be used as a single training room
The cafeteria became a versatile multipurpose space that can host town hall meetings, corporate events, presentations, hybrid meetings, and collaborative sessions.
A large motorized projection screen, combined with a high brightness laser projector, creates large scale visuals and extra displays ensure that content can be seen throughout the area.
Clear communication in events and hybrid meetings is ensured by wireless microphones, professional audio processing, speakers and an integrated conferencing system.
The space is also enhanced by digital signage and centralized Touch control, making it easy to switch between use cases.
